The 3M™ Water Filtration Products line of CFS9000H Series cartridges is an economical way to provide the benefits of 3M Water Filtration Products in Hoshizaki® filter systems without incurring the additional capital expense of purchasing a new system.  The media used in 3M’s CFS9000H  Series cartridge filters sediment and particulates that may be in the water.  The CFS9112H-SK cartridge features a premium carbon block that  reduces particulate & chlorine taste and odor from the incoming water.   The cartridge contains an antimicrobial agent that inhibits bacterial growth within the filter media.   The CFS9110H-S reduces particulate from the  incoming water but keeps the chlorine in the water for it’s disinfection  properties to reduce biofilm growth inside the ice machine.  The cartridges include scale-inhibition media to help reduce scale build-up on evaporator plates.  The CFS9000H Series cartridges do not require activation for functionality, allowing an operator to change the cartridge in seconds.
