The Aqua-Pure AP817 is a multi-purpose, 10" filter designed to remove particulate, rust, and the unpleasant taste & odor of chlorine from your drinking water. It has a polyethylene outer shell and a polyKLEAN center core -- these two attributes combine to provide a very durable composition along with amazing filtration capabilities. This radial design, coupled with the use of fine activated carbon, allows the filter to maintain water pressure during use.
