What payment methods do you accept?
We process through® so you can use any major credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover).  You can also use your PayPal® account or bank account to pay for product if that makes you feel safer.


What does Special Order mean?

If a product has an Availability of 'Special Order' this means it is not a regularly stocked item in our main warehouse.  This means that we will order your product upon the reciept of your paid through order.  Lead times on these items vary tremendously from days to weeks, so if you have any questions regarding specific Special Order items please feel free to email us at or give us a call at 585.483.0358.

Where is my order?

To find your order status and tracking information, log in to you Account at the top right of your screen and visit Order History. Select View Invoice for the order you wish to check the status of. Ship Date and Tracking ID are listed under the Ship To heading. Use the Tracking ID with the carrier assigned in your order confirmation email to find the status of your order.

How can I get a copy of my order invoice?

Log in to your Account at the top right of your screen, go to Order History, and select View Invoice for an order to get a detailed summary of the order.

I placed an order online. When will I receive an order confirmation?

If you provided your email address when placing your order, we'll send you an order confirmation by email, usually within a few hours. We also send a shipping notification email when your order ships.

If you have not received an order confirmation within 2 hours of placing your order please check your junk/spam mail folder and also check that the email address that you used is correctly entered.

Why do I have to pay sales tax on my order?

If you are purchasing from a location in New York State or Pennsylvania, we are obligated to charge you sales tax on any goods or product purchased from our website.  Also if you are having product shipped to an address in New York State or Pennsylvania  from any other state you will be charged sales tax. Sales tax will be that of the county that the shipping address is located.  

Tax Exemptions.

If you are a tax exempt company or individual in New York or Pennsylvania, please contact customer service BEFORE you place your order as we can authorize tax exemption on your account permanently with the proper documentation.


How can I retrieve my login information?

If you forgot your password and/or username, go to the top right corner of the website, follow the 'click here' link in the "Forgot your password?" section. Enter the email address you signed up with and then click SUBMIT.

How do I create a FilterChoice account?

For access to time-saving features like Express Checkout and Order History, there are two ways to sign up for an account. Visit the top right corner of the website and find Login or Register you can create an account in either of those places.

What We Do to Protect Your Information

All transactions at our site are conducted using 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption. You can easily determine when you're sending data securely by looking at the web address (URL) in your browser window: the first few letters will change from "http" to "https" when you are transmitting information protected by SSL encryption. The "s" in "https" stands for "secure."
